Refunds and Exchanges

Returns Policy

As of March 21st, 2017, all product sales are final. Products may not be returned for a refund; only exchanges may be possible, please see below for information on our Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any of the above, please do not proceed with your order.
Please note that if you choose to reject a package shipped with FedEx or if the package is returned to us a Return to Sender Fee will be generated and you will be responsible for this charge. If an order placed with FedEx or USPS is returned to us and you would like it reshipped a new shipping cost will be generated; please note you will have to pay for it in order for us to release it.


Exchange Policy

Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package. Anything over 30 days automatically becomes non-exchangeable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange unless Test Negative made an error with the order. Exchanges will be approved for an item(s) of equal value as the original order or if greater than that, the customer will be required to pay the difference. No money back will be issued for exchanges. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY AUTHORIZE REPLACEMENTS FOR UNOPENED (SEALED) PRODUCTS.


Missing of Contents

If your order arrives incomplete, either an element included in your kit or a product itself, you will have 7 business days from the time of delivery to report it to our customer service. Photographs will be requested from you in order to conduct an investigation. Upon verifying that your product was shipped incomplete, you will be sent a replacement with the same shipping method used on your original order. Please note this process could take from 1 to 2 business days.

Test Negative is not liable in cases reported after 7 business days.


Product Expiry & Replacement

All Clear Choice products have an expiry date printed on the package. We suggest that you verify the expiry date found on the packaging of your product(s). We guarantee that the products you receive will have a minimum of 6 months' shelf life.

Should your product expire prior to 6 months from the date of receipt and you did not have a chance to use it, you may contact our customer service department 10 business days prior to the product expiry to request a free replacement. Instructions on how to return the product to us will be given to you along with a return authorization number.

Please note: This replacement policy does not apply to detox drinks, capsules, and test panels.

NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY AUTHORIZE REPLACEMENTS FOR UNOPENED (SEALED) PRODUCTS THAT HAD LESS THAN 6 MONTHS SHELF LIFE FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT. ANY PRODUCTS THAT EXPIRED MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE RECEIVED ARE NOT ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE. EXPIRED PRODUCTS SHOULDN'T BE USED AS THE PRODUCT'S EFFECTIVENESS MIGHT HAVE DECREASED.


Policy for money-back guarantee

Due to legal liability reasons, as of March 1st, 2019, Clear Choice was forced to retire their money-back guarantees. As of this date, none of the Clear Choice product lines are covered by the 200% money-back guarantee or any other guarantee. For this reason, none of the Clear Choice Brand products sold on TestNegative.com have a money-back guarantee. However, rest assured that retiring this guarantee had nothing to do with the efficiency of the products.
