TestNegative.com uses an End-to-End Commerce Protection Platform for fraud and consumer abuse prevention.
This platform automates our online order flow, and instantly separates fraudulent orders from legitimate ones. Through this platform we can compare different data points that connect a cardholder to their card. If such points are not a match we will not process the order, thus protecting the cardholder and ourselves. After the orders are reviewed, the outcome is used to automate the fulfillment process, consequently providing us with a financial guarantee against fraud chargebacks. Moreover, this platform provides fraud screening services to protect our company against fraudulent or unauthorized activity with respect to our e-commerce transactions.

If we have placed your order on hold, it is because we require further information from you to validate that you are the cardholder placing the order. The information we'll need includes: a photo of your valid photo ID, a photo of the credit card used (covering the first 12 digits and CVV, showing only the last 4 digits and your signature), and the billing address associated with the credit card used.
